This Privacy Policy explains how Opal Axis Inc. (“Opal Axis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit https://theopalaxis.com (the “Site”).

Not a contract for services. This Policy applies to Site visitors. If you become a client, data handling in client engagements may also be governed by your MSA/SOW and data protection addenda.

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (eg, SCCs) as required by law.
